How long will it take to design my website?
Depending on the size and complexity of your website and if you have all of your content materials web-ready and organized before the design process begins, on average it can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Not having your materials ready can significantly delay the production of your site.
What steps are involved in the design process?
You can be assured that you will be guided by us all along the way. During the design process you will be able to see your website in a private area on our server, before anything ever becomes public.
Why don't you use pre-made templates?
We stay away from pre-made templates or your site would end up looking like hundreds of others sites on the internet. At Chakramoon we create each and every website from scratch, so every design we create will be unique.
Can you maintain my site after the design process is finished?
Yes. Keeping your website up-to-date is very important. We offer web maintenance at our going hourly rate. You only pay for the hours needed.
Do you offer hosting services?
Yes we do. Ask for our affordable hosting plans or we can also work with a hosting company of your choice. We can take care of it all for you, we can set-up your email accounts, register or transfer domain names and much more.
Who owns the website once the design is completed?
Providing all work has been paid in full, you are the owner of the commissioned website. You may continue to use the
commissioned website to promote yourself and your company regardless of whether you choose to continue further services with us. Although you do have the right to add pages onto the existing website, you do NOT have the right to resell our design and/or development to any individual or organization. Also, you must have ownership or written permission by the rightful owners to use the materials that you provide for the content of the website. Chakramoon cannot be responsible for any copyright infringements on behalf of clients.
