NO Spam Policy
We do NOT tolerate spam or junk-mail in any form! We monitor all traffic that goes through our web server and all abusers will be reported to any appropriate entities, including law enforcement.



Basic Project Policies
Estimates & Contract Policies
All estimates provided to you will be honored for 30 days. If the estimate expires and you are still interested in utilizing our services, we will be happy to create a new estimate for you.

Design/Development Policies
Chakramoon reserves the right not to accept projects that promote racism, pornography, or anything that contains objectionable contents.

Client will give Chakramoon final approval of a design before the next development phase begins. Changes required to the design after approval has already been given and development has begun, are not part of the initial agreement, and therefore will be charged additionally at our hourly rate. Websites created by Chakramoon must have the following statement with a link to our website on the bottom of every page we create: "Website designed by Chakramoon, Web Graphics Copyright © (year) Chakramoon. All Rights Reserved." Client agrees to leave these lines on all pages as long as Client is using the site. Chakramoon and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and other web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.

Payment Policies
Chakramoon Estimates are minimum estimates only. Final fees and expenses shall be shown when invoice is rendered. The client shall be informed in advance of any increase in fees or expenses that exceed the original estimate by ten percent (10%) or more.

For projects estimated at up to $750, we require full payment before work begins.

For projects estimated at between $750 - $1500 we require $750 as a deposit before we begin work for you and the remainder will be due after we have completed your design, before uploading the website to the initial server.

For all other projects estimated at over $1500, we require a 50% deposit on the estimated cost of your design before we begin work for you and the remainder will be due after we have completed your design, before uploading the website to the initial server.

Should completion be delayed beyond the normal completion time due to either the client's inability to provide us with all necessary information/materials or the client's wish to pause the project development, we will then invoice you for the accrued time spent on your site, and will invoice you for the remaining amount of work at a later date, once either all of the material has been provided to us or the client has decided to continue the project. Any request for a pause should be made in writing signed by the authoritative client.

All payments to Chakramoon are non-refundable and all invoices are due upon receipt. All outstanding invoices that are 10 days past due will be subject to a recurring monthly late fee of 10% of the total amount due or $25.00, which ever is greater. There will be a fee of $35.00 on all returned checks. In case balances are overdue by more than 60 days, Chakramoon reserves the right to remove the website content from the server. Once payment plus interest has been received, we will endeavour to reinstate the website content as it was before it was removed. Should the client decide not to continue doing work with Chakramoon at any time during the initial web design or development phase, the client will be responsible for the amount of work already completed at the time of cancellation, this may result in owing us additional fees. Clients who wish to terminate any services must submit this in writing with authorized signature of the client.

Payments can be made online on our website through Paypal's safe and secure payment system. There is no need to have a paypal account, all major creditcards are accepted. We also accept checks by mail, but please note that work can only begin after check has been cleared.

Copyright and Ownership of Clients Webdesign Projects
Upon completion of a website design and payment of all invoices in full, the client is the owner of the commissioned website. The client may continue to use the commissioned website to promote the client’s company or organization regardless of whether he/she chooses to continue further services with us. Although the client does have the right to add pages onto the existing site or have another company add pages onto the existing site using the commissioned website design/development, the client does NOT have the right to resell the design or development to any individual, company or organization. Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Chakramoon retains the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.


Copyright and Ownership of Content
All content for website projects is to be provided by the Client. The client unconditionally guarantees that all materials (text, photos, graphics, designs, trademarks, or other artwork) provided to Chakramoon for inclusion in the design project are owned by the client, or that the client has written permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. Chakramoon cannot be responsible for copyright infringements on behalf of clients. The client will hold harmless, protect and defend Chakramoon and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements provided by the client. Chakramoon will only use materials that are in accordance with copyright laws
