In order to adjust the size to fit your wrist, you need to measure your wrist before ordering. If you don't have a flexible tape measure, the easiest way is to wrap a string or paper strip around your wrist and then measure it with a ruler.
Tip: If you like a snug fit, add 1/4 - 1/2 inches, or for a more comfort fit, add 3/4 - 1 inch.
